Lagu ni mesti ada yang pernah dengarkan? Apa yang aku suka sangat tentang lagu ni ialah lirik dia. Maklum la, aku jenis menghayati lirik-lirik lagu. Tak kisah la orang kata lagu tu tak best. Yang penting hati senang :)

Effort vs Money ; Health vs Beauty ; Exercise vs Supplement

If you are physically fit person, the following description applies to you:
+ you are graceful and move like ease - no one can stop you
+ you are strong - you can lift sacks of rice/cement/rock
+ your weight ideal with your height
+ you have endurance - your energy last for hours
+ you run faster than dog
+ you arrive first than escalator/lift

The opposite of such is sedentary life
nowadays trend of living. It can not be denied that people are busy and tired with their daily work and feels that 
exercising will increase their tiredness, exhaust and fatigue.
Thats what they claims but exercising help to make your work more
productive and efficient and more.

Sedentary life refers to person who is inactivity, person who does not participating in regular exercise program or meeting minimal physical activity recommended.  This is 
Malaysia Health Ministry recommendation of exercise
30 minutes per session, 2-3 times/week or 1000 steps per days.

Today's world permit many people to lead sedentary lives and even rewards them doing so. For example, its provides elevator, cars, automatic door, automatic gates and even electric can openers, so that people can 
exert a minimum of physical effort.

In fact, many people 
talk about beauty instead of health. 
Many product(supplement) in market claims that their product offer many of 
Furthermore, there are too many brands of beauty and people always talk about it. (eg. I want become slimmer/ have 6 pax abs, muscular and many more).


Unfortunately, this way of life will lead to sedentary lives and too many people in our country facing with this matter . 
See this statistic. 
The report is clear on this point: 
people need physical exercise/activity, even just moderate to reduce the risk of diseases.


People spend thousand of Ringgit (money) 
with hope obtaining yet they won't spend and only need to spend effort on physical activity or exercise that is free.

Why money so much easier to spend than effort?
And only you can answer it!
